This is a 3-storey multi-resident wood framed social housing building with a basement. The building has more than 42 suites as wells as amenities, NFAP 96 kitchen, dining, recreation spaces, offices, etc.

Design project experience of high-rise building in downtown Vancouver. The building contains 29 levels and 146 suites.
This is a tenant improvement project to upgrade the domestic water system for two housing co-ops—multi-family residential buildings—with a total of 40 suites.
The scope of work included replacing and redesigning the entire existing domestic water system (re-piping). PEX and CPVC piping were used to replace the entire existing copper piping system. The project also included replacing the existing domestic hot water tanks with the new system including boiler and storage tanks.
Project completed in 2012.
Upgrading the existing ventilation system for 41 townhouses in 9 buildings to resolve indoor air quality in the units. The upgrades included designing a new ventilation system with a heat recovery unit for each unit to minimize the energy cost and to increase the indoor air quality and thermal comfort for the occupants.
